Equity First

We go beyond awareness-raising to tackle the systems, behaviours, and barriers that shape outcomes. Inclusion means nothing without equity at its core.

Accountability

We believe in honest conversations, clear actions, and shared responsibility for making change happen.

Sustainable Impact

We’re committed to creating inclusion strategies that lead to long-term, measurable culture change.

Rooted in Strategy. Driven by Impact.

At Axis Inclusion, we believe that inclusion is the foundation for educational success, not just a bolt-on that can be introduced for optics and ignored in practice. We help schools and colleges embed equity into their systems, behaviours and policies to shape school culture, leadership and everyday practice.

Founded in London and serving clients across the UK, we specialise in turning good intentions into measurable outcomes. Whether you're tackling rising exclusions, addressing representation gaps, or improving staff confidence around inclusive practice, we provide the tools, insight and support to create change that lasts.

We support educational leaders to move beyond compliance and toward cultures of accountability, aspiration, and belonging. Our core areas include:

Our Approach

  • Strategic consultancy and policy audits

  • CPD and whole-school training

  • Student voice and representation

  • Exclusion reduction and NEET prevention

Our approach is always evidence-led, co-designed, and built to reflect your unique context.
